The restaurant first

At Les Coltineurs, we cook a generous bistro menu, with lobster as our signature. That is the cooking we serve at events, not a watered-down version designed to travel.

Why a flying lobster

Because lobsters don't usually leave their kitchen. Ours does: it grabs its scarf and its cloche and comes all the way to you. The name doesn't take itself seriously. The food does.

Taste before you sign

Before each event, you come and taste at the restaurant with the chef. You approve the real thing, not a photo, and we fine-tune whatever needs it.
